1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop at www.masterkeydiving.de by consumers in accordance with § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of our products does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the order button, you submit a binding purchase offer.
You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after submitting your order.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are in euros.
Shipping costs are added and clearly stated during the order process.

5. Delivery

We deliver worldwide, provided technical and logistical feasibility.
The delivery time is usually 3–7 business days after receipt of payment.

6. Payment

The following payment methods are available:
– PayPal
– Credit card
– Instant bank transfer
– Prepayment
Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating a reason.

Withdrawal period:
14 days from the day you receive the goods.

Withdrawal must be declared clearly:
by email to info@masterkeydiving.de or by post to the address above.

Consequences of withdrawal:
You will be refunded all payments, including shipping costs (except additional charges for other delivery methods), within 14 days.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method.
Return shipping costs are borne by you.

❗ Note:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products or to unsealed items with access to digital content (e.g. content unlocked via QR code) once usage has started.

8. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.
While the materials used (e.g. PVC cards) are highly durable, standard usage instructions apply (do not bend, avoid extreme heat).

10. Liability

We are only liable for slight negligence in cases of breach of essential contractual obligations.
Liability is limited to foreseeable damages.

11. Data Protection

The provisions of the GDPR apply.

12. Final Provisions

German law applies.
Jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is our business location.
